Learner Cancellations

24+ hours before session

100% refund as platform credits

Credits valid for 6 months

2–24 hours before session

50% refund as platform credits

Remaining 50% compensates the Guide for reserved time

Less than 2 hours or no-show

No refund

Guide is compensated for their reserved time

Guide Cancellations

If a Guide cancels a confirmed session, learners receive:

Full refund to original payment method within 15 business days
₹50 platform credit as compensation for inconvenience
Option to rebook with a different Guide at the same price

Refund Processing

Processing time: Up to 15 business days to original payment method via Razorpay.

Platform credits: Credited instantly, valid for 6 months from issue date.

Minimum refund: Refunds below ₹10 are issued as platform credits only.

Currency: All refunds are processed in INR (₹) to the original payment method.

Exceptional Circumstances

Full refunds outside the standard policy may be granted for:

Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
Natural disasters or declared emergencies affecting your region
Technical failures on our platform preventing session access
Confirmed mentor conduct violations
