SkillMonster does not issue degrees, diplomas, mark sheets, credit hours, or any credential recognised by any government body, educational board, university, or employer. Any certificates issued by SkillMonster (such as "Quiz Completion Certificates") are internal recognition tools only and carry no academic or professional accreditation.

Learners are advised to verify with their relevant educational boards, institutions, and employers regarding the recognition of any supplemental learning activity.

SkillMonster makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding academic outcomes, exam results, job placements, skill acquisition timelines, or career advancement.

Testimonials, success stories, or statistics displayed on our platform (such as "AIR 287 in JEE" or "placed at Google") represent the experiences of specific individuals under specific circumstances and should not be interpreted as typical or expected outcomes for all users.

Mentors are responsible for the content and conduct of their sessions. SkillMonster's role is limited to facilitating the connection, processing payments, and providing the platform infrastructure.

If a mentor makes specific claims about guaranteeing exam results, employment outcomes, or other representations, please be aware that such claims are made by the mentor in their individual capacity and are not backed or endorsed by SkillMonster.

Quiz questions, practice materials, and educational content on the SkillMonster platform are created and reviewed by subject matter experts and educators. However, SkillMonster cannot guarantee that all content is free of errors, completely up to date, or perfectly aligned with all examination syllabi at all times.

Syllabi, examination patterns, and academic requirements change periodically. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of academic opportunity, exam failure, employment rejection, loss of data, or any other losses resulting from reliance on content or services provided through SkillMonster.

SkillMonster's total liability for any claim arising under or related to these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific session, class, or quiz to which the claim relates.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, SkillMonster's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms, disclaimers, and any disputes arising from the use of SkillMonster are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Learners and Mentors accessing SkillMonster from outside India do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
